Abstract
In the first part of this research, the name Suparstas has been reconstructed and proposed for the ancestors of the people who speak the Indo-European ancestral language and their relatives. In addition, the name Swagvatas and its variants are known as internal names of the ancestors of Indo-Europeans. By analyzing the names of the tribes and lineages and the historical evidence on them, traces of the customs and religion of Suparasthas and Swagvatas become clearer. Finally, the early migrations of peoples in Asia and Europe have been reconstructed until the beginning of the second millennium BC.
